the procedures for investigating and litigating false claims

Controlled Substances Act. The Office of
Controlled Substances is under the authority of the Department
of State and handles regulatory inspections and administrative
matters dealing with controlled substances. The Office of
Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs is under the authority of the
Department of Safety and Homeland Security and enforces the
criminal Code relating to controlled substances. This bill
clarifies the Code sections under Title 16, Chapter of the
Delaware Code by clearly delineating the authority of the
Secretary of State and the Secretary of Safety and Homeland
Security. |

give, or sell a prescription form or pad of a practitioner with
