Worker's Compensation Certification for Health Care Professionals

Health care professionals in Delaware who are certified through the Delaware Workers' Compensation Health Care Payment System (HCPS), must complete the on-line state approved continuing education course prior to their two-year anniversary of certification.  The online course includes 16 separate exams and you must achieve 100% score on each one in order to be certified.  Check your anniversary date in the certified provider list and access the on-line course at: http://www.delawareworks.com/industrialaffairs/provider.certification.shtml.  If you need assistance, please call the Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation, Medical Component at (302) 761-8200 or send an e-mail.
